Segamat Panel Boards
Segamat Panel Boards (SPB) was established in August 2002 on an 25 acres site in Segamat, Johor, Malaysia. The first panel was produced on 2nd April 2003 in a record time of a mere 8 months after it was established.
SPB specializes in producing Quality Thin Panel MDF of thicknesses from 2mm to a maximum of 6mm. We manufacture our MDF to comply with strict emission standards (E2, E1, CARB P2, E0 and SE0) complying to European, US and Japanese Standards. Customers have the choice of purchasing MDF from SPB which is either made from 100% Rubber Wood or from Mixed Tropical Wood. Additionally, SPB offers MDF in Door Skin and Cut To Size options as well as Laminated with Paper Overlay Foil.
SPB production capacity is on average more than 6,000 m3 or nearly 2.5 million square meters per month.
